Summit Development has consulted on the development and construction of this 96-unit Class-A apartment complex, containing two 48-unit buildings. The apartments are well-located southeast of the intersection of 178th and Pacific Streets in Omaha in a stabilized high demographic area.

Vue178 is constructed with high-quality materials and fixtures, and contains desirable amenities, such as a clubhouse, outdoor grills and gathering area, a pet run area, garages, and is in very close proximity to a multitude of other shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Summit Development worked through a challenging site due to an oddly shaped parcel bisected with utilities and having a significant amount of grade change to maximize density on the site.  Additionally, we completed a tough re-zoning effort to multifamily by communicating with neighboring property owners, listening to concerns, and implementing project changes to appease the neighbors.  Summit has engaged experienced third-party management for the operation of the property.
