Located between Skyline Drive and the Elkhorn River at F Street, The Preserve at The Farm features 67 buildable lots ranging in size from 2 acres to 7 acres, producing varying lot styles including sloping treed lots, flat prairie lots, and river frontage lots.

The Preserve implement various low-impact design practices including minimized grading with roads following the natural terrain, protection of existing tree canopy and native grasses, defined build areas for homes, and use of natural drainage systems in lieu of curbs and storm sewer piping.
